Our Results
During the summers since 1997, 679 high school students from Chicago's Noble Network of Charter Schools and the West Town community went to college campuses to improve their academic skills. They met other students from all over the world, learned about college opportunities open to them and gained confidence in their ability to achieve important things.
In the entire course of our Summer of a Lifetime programs, all but two of 679 participating students completed their programs (99.9%) and all but four passed all their classes (99.9%). Eighty-five (85%) of the participating students have gone on to attend four year colleges and approximately 10% have furthered their education by attending two year colleges, etc.
The Summer of a Lifetime program helps the students develop the confidence and skills necessary to pursue opportunities outside their inner-city communities.
